I came across a very large colony of white herons. This is a decorative feather of a white heron that I found under the colony. These are special feathers with a rhythm that grow during the love season and fall off when nesting.

白鷺のとても大きなコロニーに出会いました。これはコロニーの下で見つけた白鷺の飾りばね。恋の季節に生えてきて、営巣すると抜け落ちるリズムを持った特殊な羽根です。

This is the only season when herons shed their decorative feathers. However, the scenery, with its unique balance of leaves, twigs, lilies, and winter buds, produces materials one after another.

鷺が飾り羽根を落とすのはこの季節だけ。とはいえ、葉っぱや小枝、百合に冬芽と、固有のバランスを持つ風景は次々に素材を生み出してきます。

It is very important to change my behavior according to overlapping rhythms in the scenery. If I stick to one rhythm, I may lose balance. I have a calendar based on my observations of nature so that I can be around this time of year again next year.

風景の中で重複しているリズムに従って行動を変える事はとても重要です。ひとつのリズムに固執すると、バランスを失う事になりかねません。来年もまたこの時期に行動できるよう、私は自分の自然観察に基づくカレンダーを持っています。
