Import duties, related taxes and charges are not included in the work price and shipping fee. These charges at the destination are to be paid by the buyer according to local rules. This varies depending on the country/region and the policies of the carrier are updated from time to time. Please check it yourself if you want accurate information.

It would be great if I could inform you about the rules that every country and region has set independently before you make a purchase. However, please understand that it is very difficult to know the respective rules from overseas. I hope that the work reaches you safely and that you are happy when you receive the work.

We accept deliveries to Europe, Canada, US, UK, Singapore

Delivery is EMS only. 

We will ship the item within about a week and inform you of the EMS tracking number.

Delivery times may vary depending on the situation. Shipping to Europe usually takes about 1 to 2 weeks, but in rare cases it may take more than a month. Please understand that the reasons are various and cannot be controlled.

We are gradually expanding our delivery range. We are trying to avoid losing resources to respond to similar problems occurring all at once. This is an effort to make you feel comfortable. Orders from areas outside of our delivery range are generally not eligible for service. However, if you can give me more understanding regarding the delivery, I will do my best to put myself in your shoes.

Packing method
It will be delivered in double packaging with cardboard.

A paper damper is attached to the inner box. The dampers and hard parts are taped to avoid hitting the inside of the box. Details vary depending on the individual, but the inner box policy is the same as below. 
This box is also handmade. I would be happy if you enjoyed it.

we generally do not accept returns, defective the case of below.

If the beauty is damaged during delivery, we will apply insurance by EMS. Works cannot be exactly the same. I would suggest an alternative work.

If the insurance does not apply, I will refund the price of the work by the method I specify. In this case, we will not refund the system fee and shipping fee for the refund. Please understand it as sharing the risk.
